Our director, Samuel Thyr, brings extensive experience in choral award preparation, drawing on his background as an alumnus of the Choir of Magdalen College, Oxford, and his career as a successful freelance professional choral singer. With this wealth of expertise, Samuel offers insights into the choral audition process and provides the specialized training needed to excel and secure prestigious choral awards. Not only is he familiar with choral audition processes, Samuel is also able to advise families and students on choirs which best suit their personalities, needs and schedules.
